Jaime Monroy is acknowledged as one of today's most multi-faceted talents as a writer, producer and
director. As a very versatile and experienced Hollywood talent, Jaime Monroy has worked on over
75 different television productions including: The Dinah Shore Show, The Mike Douglas Show,
Sha Na Na, Name That Tune, Face the Music, Hour Magazine, The Richard Simmons Show, The People's Court, Solid Gold and another 50 sitcoms, telethons, television specials, game shows,
and the Hollywood Christmas Lane Parade.

As a writer, producer and director. Jaime Monroy honed and developed these skills over hundreds of
hours that turned into years. Jaime spent his early days warming up audiences for 80's television shows which lead to punching up sitcom scripts. This created a long list of experience with many different production companies such as Hill / Eubanks, Bob Banner Productions. Chuck Barns Industries, Pierre Cossette Productions, Group W as well as television productions for major studios like Paramount, Disney. Warner Bros. and networks such as ABC, CBS, NBC, Disney and Warner Bros.

Jaime Monroy came on board of the Diversity Awards to raise the visability of Latinos in
Hollywood. Executive producer Jarvee Hutcherson, confident in Monroy's versatile accomplishments,
states, 'Jaime is as diverse as his talents" and was "extremely impressed with Monroy's tireless
dedication and commitment."

Jaime Monroy joined forces with 3rd Millennium Entertainment as Vice President of comedy
development. ".Jaime is utilizing his extensive contacts, creative instincts and executive skills" to
develop successful projects in the area of sitcoms, television specials, and feature films, says
3rd Millenium Entertainment President Michael S. Madnick. Monroy later joined forces with Josh Kesselman at Davis Entertainment in Century City, CA.

Monroy Entertainment launched WINK Women in Komedy", a female-driven "SNL" type television show
featuring stand-up comics, original comedy sketches, monologues and classic sitcom scenes.

Jaime Monroy also shines with successes as an industry concept innovator. Monroy stunned the
industry with his "Pilot Presentation" when he created Swing Pilot", which showcased multiple show
concepts within one single pilot. The Swing Pilot turned out to be the most talked about pilot in years.

Monroy guided the spotlight back on his mentor "Starmaker" Jay Bernstein. Monroy successfully pitched. assembled and produced a one-hour documentary on the life and times of the Starmaker: Jay Bernstein for El Entertainment's E! True Hollywood Story". Supervising producer for El Entertainment, Robert Bentley writes to Jaime "Your assistance was invaluable, your contribution gave the show a big boost.

Long before "American Idol". Jaime Monroy was mentored by the real "Idolmaker" Robert P. Marcucci.
Together, they pitched Monroy's teen idol showcase "Millennium Gold" to the Don Buchwald Agency,
a top talent agency in Beverly Hills and met with agents Neil Bagg and former Dick Clark executive
Neil Sterns, who passed on the project... in 2002, teen idol showcase American Idol" hit! Jaime Monroy
also campaigned bringing "the ldolmaker" to Broadway with Ricky Martin to star as the Idol.

Jaime Monroy worked with Dee Walllace Stone, Steven Spielberg and Universal Pictures to
make the 20th Anniversary of E. T. the Extra-Terrestrial a great success! Jaime Monroy, always giving
back to his Latino community, worked with the legendary Carmen Zapata and produced the
"30th Anniversary Tribute Video" for the Bilingual Foundation of the Arts.

Jaime Monroy is also the past recipient of the International Latino Talent Convention ( ILTC ) "Visionary Award" and has received commendations from City of Los Angeles Mayor James Hahn for his "Outstanding Contributions in the World of Entertainment" and State of California Governor Gray Davis for his "Inspirational Excellence in the Arts". Currently, a motion picture based on Jaime Monroy's life is in development.

By broadcasting such a program, Monroy Television hopes to inspire us to get involved, raise the visability of such a group, organization or individual ...year after year.

Romantic Comedies:
With so mauls different types of movies being released, it's surprising how few good old romantic comedies there are. Monroy Pictures presents: whether it's destiny or
